During March 2017, Kalmar Motor delivered its first TBL190 into the southern hemisphere.
The diesel version of the TBL190 was purchased by AdaptaliftGSE and leased to Aircraft Turnaround Engineering, which is based in Cairns International airport, Queensland, for ATE's hangar and apron service operation. This, along with another new TBL050, brings the Kalmar fleet to three units: two TBL050s and one TBL190. This range enables ATE to handle all regional, narrow bodied and wide aircraft up to, and including, the A340-600.
