What began with as its first remote loadsheet for Lufthansa back in June 2004 has grown into a full-scale, specialised operation supporting over 15 passenger and cargo airlines worldwide.

“Alongside our head office in Cape Town, our second office in Belgrade, Serbia, has played a key role in scaling up operations to meet demand. As the aviation industry has evolved, so have we. Our service offering has expanded in response to both our growing expertise and the operational and industry realities faced by our partners.
“Crucially, we continue to adapt and support our customers where needed, whether that’s responding to specific operational challenges, scaling with seasonal demand, or providing tailored services that align with local procedures and global standards.
“This huge milestone for us reflects more than operational volume; it’s a testament to the power of long-term partnership, technical excellence, and flexible service delivery. The next 10 million loadsheets will be shaped by innovation, collaboration, and a shared focus on safety and efficiency.
"To our clients and our team: thank you. The journey continues,” said Yolanda Hayes Business Relationship Manager.
