Recently, a new sandblasting and painting facility has been constructed at the Sorigny factory in France, which enables the site to work on raw steel frames and ensures a comprehensive surface treatment.
This facility also enables greater flexibility in production, allowing us the GSE manufacturer to accommodate specific customer requests, such as colour schemes, whilst maintaining sound control of the lead time.
Meanwhile in China, the Wuxi factory has also invested in a dedicated sandblasting and painting line, together with the development of the entire manufacturing plant. With three paint shops, TLD Wuxi can now fully control the quality level of surface treatments, whilst a dedicated electric heating system, with an ambient temperature of 60°C, enables a rapid paint-drying process.
