This constitutes an electric hot water foam and rinse system designed for in-hangar washing of fixed wing and rotary aircraft.
WINGMAN helps squadrons comply with important guidelines (including TM 1-1500-344-23-2, TO 1-1-691 and NAVAIR 01-1A-509-1) that require aircraft to be washed and rinsed on a regular basis.
The WINGMAN has an operating capacity of 500 gallons of water (heated to 140ºF), which is delivered at a safe water pressure. Its comprehensive application process is configurable to meet airframe-specific guidelines and it is able to completely eradicate all forms of bacteria that may be found on aircraft surfaces.
Ideal for both commercial and military aircraft maintenance, Riveer’s application is essentially a plug and play system, and requires no hangar modification for fast installation and start-up. The totally electric system uses military specification connections for water and electricity commonly found in hangars for use with an existing ground support system. Because of this, there are zero emissions.
The WINGMAN comes equipped with two rinse guns that can reach up to 50 feet from the ground, resulting in less need for lifts or ladders.
