Qatar Airways Cargo signs agreement with DoKaSch

DoKaSch Temperature Solutions and Qatar Airways Cargo have signed an agreement that will enable customers of the airline to directly lease state-of-the-art containers all around the world.

Active Containers, RKN and RAP Opticooler are among the technology now available to support pharma shipments on Qatar Airways Cargo flights. The cool containers are equipped with electric/battery powered cooling compressors and heaters, requiring no dry ice, and catering to temperature ranges of 2˚C to 8 ˚C or 15 ˚C to 25 ˚C. Complete with touchscreen interface, these high-tech containers ensure the integrity of temperature-sensitive shipments with the utmost reliability.

Qatar Airways’ Chief Officer Cargo, Ulrich Ogiermann commented on the agreement. “We understand the intricacies of a seamless cool chain and always aim to provide value to our customers. Through this agreement with DoKaSch Temperature Solutions, we have now expanded our active container offering for customers, presenting our business partners with more options to transport their pharmaceuticals globally.”
