INFORM supports AICHER GROUP at Munich Airport

INFORM has signed a contract to support AICHER GROUP's Mobility Service for Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) at Munich Airport (MUC), effective at the end of March 2022.

With task assignments on the day of operation, INFORM's GroundStar (GS) RealTime software solution ensures a smooth process in the daily coordination of all PRM-related tasks.

The AICHER GROUP executes approximately 1,600 services daily at the airport. GS RealTime is tailored to an airport environment in order to comply with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), even with constant changes. Among other things, new incoming service requests are dispatched in real time and transmitted to employees’ mobile devices at the airport, thereby making optimal use of available resources. With quick and simple inputs, orders can be confirmed and progress recorded. Also, boarding pass information can be read directly from the passenger.

"We are very much looking forward to working with AICHER GROUP," says Uschi Schulte-Sasse, Senior Vice President INFORM Aviation. "We have a lot in common and a great working rapport among the teams. Like INFORM, AICHER focuses on its employees, a good working atmosphere, and excellent customer service which is crucial for both companies."

"Our dispatchers unanimously chose INFORM as the best partner out of all potential suppliers," adds AICHER Managing Director Peter Aicher. "The solution convinced us right away and is exactly what we need now."
