Alyzia steps in at Brussels

With Swissport Belgium ceasing its obligations at Brussels International has come the necessity for a tender process to establish a new handler.
Whilst that process is going on, France-based Alyzia has stepped into the breach.

The second licence for the categories of baggage handling and runway assistance has been granted to Alyzia. The handler will receive a temporary licence for these support activities for the next six months. In addition, it has been agreed that it can also offer passenger assistance (such as check-in) and cleaning services.

Alyzia was able to demonstrate in its offer that it was able to start within a very short timeframe and that it could offer the guarantees necessary to provide the services to airlines in a safe, correct and qualitative manner.
