
The licence runs until 2032 and allows Swissport to provide all ground services such as passenger services at check-in and boarding, baggage handling, aircraft pushback, de-icing, lounge hospitality and cargo services.

Swissport has operated at Zurich Airport since 1996 and provides ground services to the majority of airlines.
In 2024, Swissport Zurich served over 24.6 million passengers and handled more than 187,000 flights.

Swissport is investing in sustainable ground operations at Zurich Airport with 44% electric-powered GSE, which is set to exceed 55% this year.
