ULD Partner wins new contract

Cargo Matters
A chance to expand ULD Partner’s service portfolio occurred recently when Air China Cargo and Air China both decided to outsource their ULD fleet management.

It has taken close on four years to reach this stage, with the carrier stakeholders having agreed in principle to the idea back in 2012.

Under the terms of the contract, ULD Partner will look after the supply, repair and maintenance of the ULD fleet, as well as take responsibility for tracking and tracing functions. In all, some 13,000 ULDs are involved in the deal, which will cover in excess of 80 airports around the globe.
