Sage Parts recently welcomed Steve Ganin, Product Manager and tyre specialist to its team of GSE experts in an effort to provide product knowledge, efficiencies and other resources to customers to better maintain their GSE fleets. Ganin has over 30 years of experience in both the commercial and branding sectors of the tyre industry. Sage Parts offers extensive knowledge on how to manage and maintain an effective tyre program, including maximising tyre and vehicle longevity, thereby reducing operational expenses. Steve Ganin will work alongside Sage's Sales, Engineering and Purchasing teams, in order to maximise program efficiency through proper tyre application, broader inventory and superior service.
"The GSE industry is extremely time and cost sensitive, and many companies experience excessive cost they are not even aware of on a daily basis," points out Michael Bloomfield, Executive Vice President, Sage Parts. "The proper application of GSE vehicle tyres, in conjunction with educating maintenance managers and vehicle operators about the benefits of available cost-savings processes like tyre retreading and scrap tyre analysis, will allow companies to increase the longevity of these vehicles, resulting in tremendous savings."
With its new expertise, Sage Parts plans to form strong relationships, both nationally and internationally, with major tyre manufacturers to provide customers with unlimited access to the best tyres and resources to support their operations. Sage Parts will also establish company-specific programmes, focusing on providing the best tyres for GSE whilst yielding major cost savings and long-term benefits.
