Carbonel has been at Grupo Sandoval for 25 years, holding the position of Finance and Administration Manager at Dinet from 2001 to 2006, Grupo Sandoval Corporate Finance and Administration Manager from 2006 to 2009 then General Manager of Inmobiliaria Koricancha since 2009.
He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI) and an MBA and Master's degree in Real Estate Management and Development from Universidad ESAN.
His predecessor, Cassinelli, will be responsible for operations in Peru, Mexico, Ecuador and Colombia, leading the strategy across Latin America in his role as Corporate General Manager.
Talma has an executive team to lead each country with Vladimir Munoz holding the position of General Manager in Mexico, Delia Guerra is General Manager in Ecuador, Gonzalo Aristizábal is General Manager in Colombia and Edgardo Carbonel is General Manager in Peru.
