Swissport has joined “25by2025”, the IATA initiative on raising the number of women in senior management and in areas where women are underrepresented as part of its focus on diversity and inclusion.

Warwick Brady, President & CEO of Swissport International AG, has signed the IATA initiative “25by2025” at the IATA Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Doha, Qatar.
The initiative aims to raise female representation in senior management as well as in areas which are currently still underrepresented by women to 25% by 2025.
“Diversity and inclusion are key priorities in our ESG agenda”, says Warwick Brady. “By joining the 25by2025 initiative, Swissport wants to make a statement as the sector leader, even though we have already reached or in fact even exceeded the goals of 25by2025 in some areas. Having a focus on gender equality and inclusion of minorities contributes to a working environment that attracts and retains the best talent.”
