Waiters will deliver a selected food in a special packaging directly to the departure gate in just 80 minutes. Passengers will subsequently be able to enjoy an array of selected dishes, all aimed at recreating the feel of dining in a restaurant whilst on a flight.
An order can be made at the aero-menu.com website or the traveller can download a mobile app. If the latter, the user will also receive a 10% discount on the first order through the mobile application. The same discount is available for holders of the Novikov Group card, whilst credit cards or Aeroflot bonus miles are available for payment for the dishes. All meals are prepared under the supervision of the Novikov Group chef.
The food preparation area is located at Terminal E of Sheremetyevo airport and dishes are prepared immediately after receiving an order from a passenger.
