ISAGO is an audit programme for ground-handling companies assessing organisation and management, load control, passenger and baggage handling, aircraft handling and loading, and aircraft ground movement.
Benefits include safer ground operations, fewer accidents, fewer but more efficient audits, and harmonised and improved standards.

Gerry’s dnata has also renewed its ISAGO Registration in Karachi, which it obtained in 2019, when it was the first ground service provider in Pakistan to be certified.
