This result equates to an unbroken record of achievement for the group in all six years of the event.
Hactl once again walked away with the Ground Handler of the Year award (Customer Choice), marking its sixth success in the category. For the second year in a row, Hactl also won the Green Award (Customer Choice), recognising its continuing strong efforts in the area of environmental protection. Meanwhile, Hacis maintained its four-year run of successes, winning both Customer Choice and Industry Choice sections of the Regional Logistics Provider of the Year category.
Hactl's Executive Director, Vivien Lau (who is also Managing Director of Hacis) and Finance Director Amy Lam were delighted to accept the awards at a gala ceremony held at the Crowne Plaza, Changi airport, which was attended by hundreds of senior representatives of the air cargo industry.
