Its 2019 business year saw the company's success continuing, with incoming orders amounting to €110m. In comparison with 2018, DOLL was able to increase its incoming orders by 34% and sales by 32%. These sales and order volumes were the highest ever recorded in the history of the company, which is based in Oppenau, in the Black Forest.
With such busy order books, the company has every reason to be positive about the future: compared to the previous year, the volume of orders on hand at the start of the year has risen again by 46%. The continuous growth experienced in recent years validates the strategy of the DOLL management board, which is led by Markus Ehl and Renato Ramella.
“Alongside the clear alignment of the business units, we have been concentrating on a targeted model policy – even if that meant moving away from certain products or markets. We are now reaping the rewards of this continuity,” confirms Ehl. He adds that all business units are contributing equally to the overall growth rate.
