HiSERV was spun out of ground handler and aviation service provider WISAG Aviation Service in 2017 by CEO Roland Ückert to provide superior GSE leasing services.
It provides GSE leasing, maintenance and repair services across its network of workshops at European airports, serving a blue chip customer base of independent ground handlers, airlines and airport operators.
HiSERV owns and services a fleet of more than 5,000 units including motorised pushback tractors, beltloaders, non-motorised dollies and baggage carts.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and expected to close in Q3 this year.
