Swissport International has been named Cargo Handler of the Year 2014.
The accolade was awarded by the Airports Company South Africa and is seen as confirmation of Swissport's commitment to service quality.
During ACSA's annual Feather Awards on November 27 last year at the Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg, Swissport International scooped the Gold in the category of Best Cargo Handler of the Year 2014. ACSA's Feather Awards are based on feedback from passengers and other airport users and thus directly represent the voice of the customer. This is the first time that the prestigious award has gone to Swissport.
