From November 1, TCR will provide GSE to Menzies for its easyJet operations at Nice airport. The deal includes the provision of over 40 pieces of motorised and 40 non-motorised GSE.
TCR will also supply GSE to Alyzia Airport Services, which has signed contracts to provide ground handling for easyJet's operations in Nantes, Lyon, Marseille and Bordeaux. In Nantes, TCR will open an airside workshop; look out for an in-depth feature on TCR’s new business in Nantes in the New Year, when GHI will be visiting the operation.
In Paris Charles de Gaulle, TCR has signed a rental contract with WFS for additional GSE, reinforcing the existing relationship between the two entities, while at Liege airport, TCR has signed a contract for more than 10 motorised units in FSR with TNT (Cargo).
Other new contracts for TCR include Maastricht Aachen airport, in the Netherlands, which has become a new customer under a dry lease contract, and Fiumicino and Ciampino airports in Rome, where TCREAR (TCR’s Italian R&M joint venture) is now present.
At the latter two airports, TCR has added two workshops, totalling 2,700 square metres, to its existing network.
