BGS and airBaltic extend ground handling co-operation

BGS, an international provider of ground handling and aircraft fuelling services, has prolonged its co-operation with airBaltic.

The new agreement covers ground handling services provided at Warsaw Chopin International airport. The extended ground handling contract will strengthen the long-standing partnership between the companies that spans six airports in Central and Eastern Europe. BGS already provides airBaltic with aircraft fuelling services in Vilnius, Warsaw, Riga, Odessa, Kaunas and Palanga airports.

“Maintaining the trust of the biggest airline in the Baltics in the competitive environment of Warsaw airport is a clear proof of the quality of our services. This further strengthens our position in the Polish market as well as giving us the confidence and motivational boost for the expansion of our operations,” commented Linas Geguzis, Chairman of the Board at BGS.
