
In collaboration with business partners Havaş and TAV Operation Services at Riga airport, airBaltic has gained top marks from the prestigious air transport rating organisation during a thorough audit to measure the efficiency of COVID-19 measures at passenger and employee contact points in December 2020.
Audit areas focussed on included procedures followed by check-in, boarding, cabin disinfection services provided by Havaş and hygiene, food service standards at lounges operated by TAV Operation Services.
