Michelin-Starred chefs Lefteris Lazarou, Christoforos Peskias and Stelios Parliaros have collaborated to develop over 40 dishes for the new menu, paired with wines on the suggestions of Master of Wine, Konstantinos Lazarakis. The new dishes showcase local products and wines from both small and large-scale producers across the breadth of the country, reflecting authentic Greek cuisine.
Aegean’s partnership with the Greek chefs comes as part of its commitment to continuous improvement and to promoting Greek tradition and culture all over the world. The new “Gastronomics” initiative will see the authentic gourmet culture of Greece travel to every international destination on Aegean’s network, as flavours from Crete, Naxos, the Peloponnese and ingredients from all over Greece are combined to create the new menu.
