Right in the heart of busy Zurich Airport, Swissport's President & CEO, Warwick Brady, joins GHI to launch our new Meet the CEO series.
While A340s can be heard flying noisily overhead, it didn't quite distract from hearing Warwick share his thoughts on the company's achievements since he took over two years ago, the current challenges facing the industry and what's next for Swissport in 2023.
One particular achievement has been transforming the company from a decentralised business to a market leader, not only in size but leading the way in the industry on service, customer partnering and delivering the day-to-day operations for their customers.
