Southend airport PRM initiative ready

PRM Update
London's Southend airport has decided to launch a progressive scheme to assist passengers with hidden disabilities who may require additional support.

In line with the growing number of PRMs travelling by air has come the need to address their various and diverse requirements. The idea here is a simple one: a discreet blue wristband will be available from Monday, December 4. This is an entirely voluntary aid for passengers with hidden disabilities (and their families), who can wear this as a subtle sign to airport staff that additional support or help may be required.
