The handler will be serving the requirements of Singapore Airlines. Menzies Aviation began providing passenger and ramp handling operations for Singapore Airline’s flagship Sydney-Singapore route, operating up to six services per day, on October 15. This new contract brings a thirteenth major international airline to Menzies Aviation’s growing portfolio in Oceania.
Menzies Aviation has already enjoyed a long term partnership with Singapore Airlines, occupying preferred handling partner status in nine locations across Australia and New Zealand, and at 15 stations globally.
This contract is the most recent in a series of ground handling wins for Menzies Aviation in the Oceania region, following the announcement of a contract with Malaysia Airlines at Brisbane in June.
