Signature Flight Support has acquired SEA Prime’s 40% share of Signature Flight Support Italy.
The acquisition expands Signature Flight Support’s FBO network’s presence in Italy, which includes FBOs at Milan-Linate, Milan-Malpensa and Rome-Ciampino airports as well as trip support arrangements at Bergamo, Catania, Florence, Naples, Palermo and Pisa.
In addition, Signature Flight Support maintains a Signature Select FBO partnership agreement at Venice Marco Polo.
SEA Prime manages the business and general aviation infrastructure at Milan Linate and Malpensa airports under the brand Milano Prime. The acquisition follows Signature’s initial investment in Signature Flight Support Italy (SFS Italy) that took place four years ago.
