
The platform will be used for operations centres at Milan Malpensa and Linate airports, and Thales describes it as a scalable and innovative platform designed to master the complexities of centralised airport operations management.
Thales says the platform offers a real-time, user-friendly airport map improving situational awareness of individual services, making intervention easier.
It also has a customisable dashboard which keep performance indicators, and a workflow manager to automatise Standard Operating Procedures for processes relevant to KPIs measured.
