Gateway and inflight catering services provider SATS launched the SATS Coolport Academy on April 15, offering specialised training in pharmaceutical handling, with the aim of enhancing Changi Airport's cargo handling productivity.
In accordance with Asia's growing demand for fresh food and pharmaceutical products, the academy will aim to raise the standards of cold-chain handling in Singapore and the region. It will also serve as an independent training institute offering International Air Transport Association-certified and other related courses.
