Raymond Lo named Chief Executive of Menzies CNAC

Menzies Aviation has named Raymond Lo as Chief Executive of Menzies CNAC, taking over from Vivien Lau.

The appointment follows Menzies Aviation acquiring a 50% stake in Jardine Aviation Services Group (JASG), which will be rebranded as Menzies CNAC.

Lo has spent more than 24 years working for Menzies Aviation, spending the last decade as Managing Director of Menzies Macau Airport Services and was at Menzies Aviation in Hong Kong for eight years before that.

Lau, who has been interim Chief Executive, will return to her permanent position at Jardine Matheson following a secondment to Menzies CNAC.

Lo officially took up his role on 1 May and Lau is staying with the organisation until the end of June to ensure a smooth transition.

Darren Masters, EVP – Oceania, SE Asia and China at Menzies Aviation, said: “We are thrilled that Raymond will be at the forefront of Menzies CNAC – an exciting new joint venture that’s set to broaden our footprint in Asia. Raymond’s extensive experience and proven track record means that he is perfectly placed to lead our efforts in supporting Hong Kong’s rapidly expanding aviation sector. We look forward to working with Raymond as we embark on this exciting new chapter.”
