OmniServ, a subsidiary of ABM, is continuing its expansion within the UK aviation market with the recent win to provide PRM services at Liverpool John Lennon airport.
The three-year contract begins on April 14, 2016 and follows on from the company’s
recent appointment to manage PRM services for Edinburgh airport. The Liverpool
contract takes OmniServ’s PRM reach to four airports, adding to existing
contracts at Heathrow and Stansted.
A key factor in securing the new contract was OmniServ’s bespoke technology system. Developed at Heathrow and Stansted, it captures passenger information and specific assistance requirements, enabling the OmniServ team to provide a highly personalised and efficient service to each PRM.
