ABM, the facility solutions provider, has been selected by Ryanair to enhance and provide a managed ground handling staffing solution at London Stansted airport with effect from February 1, 2019.
Through its UK-based subsidiary, OmniServ, ABM will provide all of Ryanair’s check-in, baggage and ground operations handling at Stansted, which is Ryanair’s largest base, with more than 40 aircraft and 200 daily departures.
“We are pleased to award our London Stansted handling contract to OmniServ,” said Ryanair’s Director of Operations Adrian Dunne. “We look forward to working with both OmniServ and Stansted airport to improve the customer experience and punctuality at Stansted for the 21 million Ryanair customers who will travel through the airport this year.”
