Fordree has been in the aviation industry for 27 years, beginning his career with Lufthansa Cargo before his first ten-year stint with Menzies, occupying various commercial positions. In 2008, he joined Etihad to oversee its operations in Europe and the US, before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2011 and to oversee Etihad Cargo’s operational expansion.
Fordree said of his recent appointment: “I am delighted to start what I believe to be a really exciting new challenge with Menzies Aviation. There are some great opportunities to ensure we deliver operational excellence across the network and help grow and develop cargo operations.”

He will be a central figure in our drive to grow the Menzies Aviation Cargo business.”
