A multi-year contract has been awarded to dnata Singapore by Malaysia Airlines and its subsidiary Firefly for full range ground services, including passenger, ramp, and cargo handling.

Malaysia Airlines and Firefly operate a combined total of 133 flights per week from Terminal 2 of Singapore’s Changi airport. Malaysia Airlines operates 84 weekly flights from the terminal utlising the Boeing B737-800 aircraft and Firefly operates 49 weekly flights from Singapore utilising the ATR 72.
Globally, dnata operates in 131 airports across 83 countries, spanning the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa as well as North and South America.
