Loganair awarded IATA Operational Safety Audit

Safety UK & Europe
Loganair has been granted IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), confirming its compliance with safety standards.

IOSA is globally recognised as the highest benchmark for airline safety and the assessment included an evaluation of Loganair’s management systems and operational processes across nine key areas including flight operations, maintenance, engineering and ground operations.

Loganair says accreditation opens up with an increasing number of airlines looking to operate codeshare agreements.

Peter Simpson, Executive Chairman of Loganair, said: “Achieving IOSA registration represents a significant milestone for Loganair, and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of multiple teams across the airline.

“The safety of our customers and crew is always our top priority at every level of our business and we are incredibly proud to see that commitment recognised by a global standard in the aviation industry.”
