This comes within the framework of KAC’s continuous endeavour to expand the scope of ground handling services provided to other airlines operating at the airport and to exchange services with other companies.
Fayez Al-Enezi, Director of Public Relations and Media department at Kuwait Airways, stated: “This exchange is very important in strengthening the framework of cooperation between the two airlines and to develop them in all aspects related to the aviation sector and in the interest and benefit of Kuwait Airways and Royal Jordanian Airlines to reach their required objectives.”
Al-Enezi added, “Kuwait Airways is working on providing the necessary ground equipment such as buses and stairs, transporting passenger’s baggage to and from the aircraft, cleaning the aircraft, providing electric power for aircraft engines, air conditioning for the cabin, and finally preparing the flights with the equipment they require to ensure the safety of the passengers.”
Kuwait Airways commemorated the occasion with Royal Jordanian Airlines by providing ground handling services, commencing with the first flights that took off on 1 October from Terminal 1, heading to Amman.
