Jettainer relaunches IT solution, JettWare.

Tech Talk
JettWare 2.0 is to hit the ramp following modifications to the original software, including new functions and an updated user interface.

The software will help to locate serviceable and unserviceable units at airports and will provide information "in a much clearer, intuitive way," Jettainer has said. The mobile application JettApp has also been subject to an upgrade.

An overview of the station will now show all the planned movements of pallets and containers at a specific site, whilst users can also individually summarise all relevant ULD movements, both on and off the aircraft. As well as a new visual layout, functions have been installed to facilitate the handling of pallet stacks and a new message-managing feature will help airlines communicate regarding exchanged units and search for individual units and air waybills.

Martin Kraemer, head of marketing at Jettainer, commented: "The new version of JettWare is not only more technically sophisticated, but also a lot more user-friendly and intuitive.

"A new colour scheme and interactive support functions make it easier to handle and understand. The new features ensure that the system can be used as efficiently as possible so that customers obtain maximal benefits and time efficiency."

JettWare 2.0 is immediately available to all new customers and will gradually be rolled out to the company's existing customers as well.
