inter airport Europe to return in November

Handling Talk
inter airport Europe is going ahead, with over 200 exhibitors having registered their participation in the event in Munich.

Taking place from 9 – 12 November, 226 exhibitors from 29 countries have signed up so far and a significantly extended seminar programme on the future of airport operations will provide insights into the long-term realities of the post-pandemic world.

Aviation professionals from across the airport, airline, cargo and support sectors will have the opportunity to exchange ideas through meetings and networking events.

They will discuss how, instead of relying on ever-increasing passenger numbers, the pandemic has changed the world, how operations need to be modernised and how to deal with changing demands from governments and the public in areas such as sustainability.

Olaf Freier, portfolio director of inter airport Europe says: “At this crucial time, attending inter airport Europe is a unique opportunity to look beyond the pandemic and devise strategies to adapt to new realities.”

The seminar programme will cover topics such as how technological trends can change consumer behaviour, improving sustainability, crisis management, airports of the future, and more efficient operations.

Freier says: “With inter airport Europe this year, our aim is to drive tomorrow’s needs and required solutions by providing relevant content and business opportunities through our long-term experience and relationship with the airport community.”
