GHI steps up plans for 22nd Annual in Copenhagen

GHI is accelerating the campaign to bring the aviation family back together in person at the 22nd Annual Conference in Copenhagen on September 13-15 2021, after receiving outstanding industry support for hosting the event.

The GHI team would like to say a big thank you to all of the confirmed attendees so far. Overall, we’ve been inundated with messages of support for a return to premium face-to-face networking again, after such a long and frustrating period of isolation resulting from the pandemic. GHI will be extending our 20% off Early Bird fee until a final deadline of July 16.

Please note: our total conference capacity could be limited under the Danish Government’s coronavirus restrictions. We strongly advise you secure your place now to avoid disappointment.

One of the critical criteria for hosting the Annual Conference is the prevalence of travel restrictions and quarantines. Overall, Denmark remains open for business and those who have been fully vaccinated will not require a Covid test before departure, upon arrival or to isolate when travelling to the conference. Please note the following key dates for planning your Annual Conference attendance:

· July 14: GHI will publish the conference programme for our 22nd Annual Conference

· July 16: GHI will open our One-to-One Meetings service for registered delegates

· July 16: extended deadline for GHI’s Early Bird delegate fee will expire

· August 12: The deadline for making your hotel reservation at the special delegate discounted rate. Reservations after this date will be accepted by the hotel at the group rate, based upon availability

Thanks for your support - and we look forward to bringing the community back together again in Copenhagen this September.
