GHI has postponed the 6th African Stakeholders’ Conference in Cape Town from September 22-23 2020 until January 26-27 2021 because of the escalating COVID-19 pandemic.
Our decision to postpone is strongly guided by an appreciation of the devastating impact COVID-19 is having on frontline aviation businesses worldwide. Many of you are having to take unprecedented steps to mitigate the financial impact of travel bans and decimated schedules, including the grounding of aircraft, reductions in headcount and lobbying for essential government assistance.
It is only right that the sole focus of our community for now is on delivering those critical activities.
Thank you for your understanding and support during this traumatic time for our entire industry.
