dnata had used the previous version of GHS since 2013 and chose to use the latest version of the contract management solution after a lengthy global tender process.
The software has been managing all processes related to contract management, invoicing and ground handling and providing necessary reports in clear dashboards at Dubai International and Dubai World Central airports.
It captures and bills all services provided by partners and service providers.
EPG says GHS offers the flexibility and reliability for contract design and invoicing, and includes comprehensive mobile service recording and covers the entire billing process including ad-hoc and additional services that go beyond the original contract terms.
