Celebi Aviation has expanded services in Tanzania by handling Turkish Airlines at Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar Es Salaam.
Turkish Airlines started flying to Dar Es Salaam yesterday (Sunday 1 December) and will operate nine flights a week with Celebi providing ground handling and passenger services.
The handling company added Tanzania to its network in 2021.
Dave Dorner, CEO of Celebi Aviation Group, said: “This agreement will be a significant increase in our operational efficiency in Tanzania. We will continue to provide our customers with high quality service through our comprehensive services and strong infrastructure. This partnership is part of a larger strategy that will strengthen Çelebi Aviation's operations in Africa, not just in Tanzania.”
