Asia Airfreight Terminal has won the prestigious “Ground Handler of the Year” award at the 7th edition of the Payload Asia Awards.
This was announced in a digital award ceremony on January 22, which were organised by the air cargo industry publication, Payload Asia. The award recognises the organisations that have maintained their excellence and resilience, and kept the supply chain connected amidst a year of unprecedented challenges.
Winners were shortlisted based on online voting by customers and business partners, as well as an independent international panel of industry experts who assessed operational performance, customer service, product innovation and scope of service offerings. It is the first time that AAT has won.
