WheelTug, the innovative aircraft electric taxi company, has confirmed the signing of two Russian airlines.
The slot agreement is for several dozen narrowbody aircraft and WheelTug says that the airlines have chosen to make their own announcements at a future date.
These additions bring the total number of WheelTug systems reserved to date to well over 1,100. Worldwide, WheelTug has now agreed terms with more than two dozen airlines and the Russian carriers that have signed represent the fifth and sixth WheelTug orders for 2018.
