In advance of what is projected to be a busy peak Mediterranean summer travel season, Universal Aviation has announced that it is expanding its presence in the Mediterranean.
To that end, the ground handling provider has opened Universal Aviation Greece – Mykonos. Universal Aviation Greece – Mykonos officially began operations on May 7 this year, with local dedicated Universal Aviation staff directly supporting operators coming to the islands.
This becomes the network’s second base in Greece, and sees it joining Universal's Athens headquarters, which has been in operation since 1993 and provides supervisory ground support to all of Greece.
