Confirmed panellists include Liam Bolger, Head of Airside Operations at London Luton airport; Sarah Flaherty, Director of Lux Consulting; and Peter Hansen, Vice President of Sales, Wiseleap.

The panel will discuss the fall-out from the pandemic on equipment use, cleaning and de-icing procedures this winter.

Flaherty, who is also a psychologist and has held roles in safety, compliance and human factors roles, will be exploring the link between freezing temperatures and human decision making.

The session will also investigate the broader components of a successful winter operations campaign. Key topics will include the role of stakeholder collaboration in boosting de-icing efficiency, reducing delays and preventing aircraft damage.

The Webinar will explore de-icing equipment and de-icing fluid innovations that can help operators treat aircraft more quickly, more effectively and safely when the pressure is on.

The Webinar panel will also investigate employee training and de-icing simulator programmes in preparing our people for high performance in harsh conditions.
