Take pride in being an inclusive employer

Final call for all UK aviation and aerospace professionals with hiring responsibility. You could win a trip to Gulfstream’s facility at Farnborough Airport for up to 10 people.

Please help make a difference to the next generation of disabled aviation professionals by completing The Equal Skies Charter questionnaire. We need 50 responses by Friday 17 May.  Please see a link to the questionnaire here.

This questionnaire, which is being supported by our disabled flying charity Aerobility, is the first research project into disability within aviation which will help to identify and understand the barriers faced by disabled people working or looking to work in the aviation sector.

The Equal Skies Charter is a collaborative endeavour which aims to ensure that the aviation and aerospace industries offer equal employment opportunities to people with disabilities. It also supports organisations to use this lived disability experience to improve journeys for service users with a disability.

The Equal Skies Charter’s partners include Aerobility, dnata, NATS, UK CAA, London Biggin Hill Airport, Evenbreak, 2Excel, Guidant Global, Carbon 60, the University of West London, Blackbushe Airport, Saxon Air, Fafali Aircraft, Metal Seagulls and Bristow Group.
