This programme is proof that the air cargo industry is taking the challenges and concerns of the pharma shippers seriously to ensure that pharmaceutical products get to their destination swiftly and safely," said Glyn Hughes, Head of Cargo for IATA.
The Centre of Excellence for Independent Validators Pharma certification programme aims to become the universally recognised standard for handling good of this nature across domains such as infrastructure improvement, staff training levels and standards of control worldwide.
