Handler dnata's operation in Manila has secured RA3 certification for its ramp services at Ninoy Aquino International airport.
RA3 relates to Third Country EU Aviation Security Validated Regulated Agents, a supply chain security initiative deriving from the European Union. dnata is one of the first ramp operations providers in the country to receive the RA3 certification.
