Menzies Aviation has signed a $305 million deal to acquire G2, which will expand its footprint in the USA.

The transaction is expected to be completed by June 2025, subject to regulatory approval, and once it goes through, Menzies will operate in over 340 airports in 65 countries with a global team of 65,000 employees.

It is expected to boost Menzies’ group revenue by 20% to over $3.1 billion based on 2024 revenue figures.

The acquisition of G2 will expand Menzies’ US services to employ nearly 20,000 team members working across more than 100 airports.
