Menzies and KLM extend partnership at Schiphol

Menzies Aviation and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines have renewed their long-running partnership at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol for another five years.

Menzies will provide cargo warehouse and ramp handling services for all KLM and Martinair freighter operations at Schiphol for the next five years.

The teams will manage approximately 600 aircraft turns and 100,000 tonnes of cargo per year.

The contract renewal was signed at a signing ceremony in Menzies’ cargo facility at Schiphol attended by Miguel Gomez, EVP Europe and Dave Beekman, SVP Benelux from Menzies Aviation, Koen Bolster, VP Worldwide Operations at KLM Cargo and Paul van der Wardt, General Manager of Martinair Cargo.

Bolster said: “We are delighted to renew our partnership with Menzies Aviation at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. This longstanding collaboration has been instrumental in our success, and we are confident that together we will continue to provide exceptional cargo and ground handling services to our customers. We look forward to further strengthening our relationship and delivering excellent operations.”
